A Farmhouse originally renovated by Zota in 2007 which involved a full refurbishment and re-building a wing of the house. In 2017 a further extension was added.

The second extension included a new contemporary kitchen, orangery a large drawing room, bathroom and three bedrooms with a media room in the attic.
